Shipping

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped the first business day after your order is placed. The orders will be shipped via UPS.  Rates vary based on weight and shipping location.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders may be picked up at our warehouse to save on shipping costs
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.) We also have terms available with approved credit.

No minimum order requirements.

Returns

Please call or email us with your order number and the problems with the order. We will do what we can to correct your order.

Returns of unused, unopened, non-fresh, products within 30 days are accepted after approval by phone or email. Return freight is paid by the customer.

Please inspect all fresh products (coffee beans, sandwhiches, muffins) upon arrival.  We do not accept returns of fresh products unless there is a problem with those products upon arrival.

Upon receipt of the unused product, we will issue a credit to the credit card or terms account you used to pay for your order.

Out of Stock Items

For the most part the items we feature in our store should always be available. Feel free to contact us to be notified when an item you wish to order will become available again.
